We are looking for a Customer Quality & Regulatory Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across our portfolio and customer projects.
This strategic position serves as the vital link between Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customers, ensuring that products, processes, specifications, and labels comply with all applicable national and international regulations.
You will be part of the Quality Assurance team and will report directly to the Quality Assurance & RSA Manager.

What You Will Do
Regulatory Compliance & Labelling
Develop, review, and approve product labels, technical specifications, dossiers, and compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with food regulations, ingredient declarations, nutritional information, allergen management, and product claims.
Monitor evolving regulatory requirements across target markets and assess their business impact.
Customer Quality Management
Act as the primary technical contact for customers regarding quality, food safety, and regulatory matters.
Manage and respond to customer technical requests, questionnaires, specifications, and compliance requirements.
Support commercial teams in customer negotiations and business development initiatives.
Product Development Support
Partner with R&D teams during innovation and renovation projects.
Review formulations and ingredients to ensure compliance with destination market requirements.
Support Private Label and Co-Manufacturing projects from concept to launch.
Compliance & Certification Management
Manage regulatory registrations, certifications, and product approvals.
Coordinate activities related to food contact materials (FCM/MOCA) compliance.
Support and lead customer, supplier, certification, and regulatory audits.
Drive corrective and preventive actions arising from audit findings.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
Coordinate compliance analysis plans for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Act as the company's internal reference point for regulatory and compliance matters.
Who We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Food Compliance, or similar roles within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of European food regulations and food labelling requirements.
Familiarity with quality systems, food safety standards, and certification schemes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Professional proficiency in English.
